We are delighted and proud to announce that our campaign, Ponosni na dobar posao u Valamaru (Proud of the Good Job at Valamar), which we carried out in cooperation with our client, Croatia’s tourism company Valamar, has won the Croatian Public Relations Association’s Grand PRix in the PR for Large Companies category.
That was one of the first integrated communication campaigns aimed at strengthening the company’s reputation for being a top employer and attracting as many good-quality job candidates as possible.
Over the course of the campaign, the company received 88 percent more applications for seasonal jobs at Valamar than the year before. As many as of 5,500 job applications were submitted via Valamar’s online system, and the website alone clocked up a total of 140,403 visits.
The video campaign directed by Robert Knjaz had 756,000 views. Moreover, the online ads were shown around nine million times for the duration of the campaign. Finally, in just a few months’ time, the campaign resulted in 300 news reports, which contributed additionally to Valamar’s recognizability as an employer.
