As our Senior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with the team behind some of the biggest digital brands on the market, LAQO and KEKS PAY. You will design brands with a strong conceptual and strategic focus, develop creative concepts, and create original content for various media channels. Some of the clients we work with on a daily basis include Adidas, Croatia Osiguranje, Hrvatski Telekom, BAT, Jamnica, and Rimac Automobili.

If you become part of our team, your main focus will be:

• Designing brands with strong conceptual and strategic foundations

• Developing creative concepts in collaboration with the creative director and concept team
• Designing original content for various media channels and formats
• Transforming business challenges into modern and impactful user brand experiences
• Conducting creative workshops with clients
• Presenting ideas to clients, both independently and as part of a team
• Ensuring that the quality of produced ideas meets the expectations of the agency and the client
• Collaborating and coordinating creative work in multidisciplinary teams
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team
• Sharing knowledge with other colleagues within the team and the agency

We have a place for you if have the following:

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual communications, brand design, and digital design development

• Completed a degree with a focus on design
• Conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and typography
• Experience in direct communication with clients, both in a team and independently
• Experience in leading a design team is an advantage
• Excellent skills in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Basic knowledge of Figma and animation processes
• Willingness to adapt and learn new design thinking methods
• Openness to exploring and using AI tools in design
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
