Our Client service team is responsible for planning, developing and managing clients` strategy to improve their presence and achieve their goals while building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients, and liaising between clients and different internal teams.

• Creating digital campaigns
• Preparing briefs
• Researching user habits and developing strategic proposals
• Shaping work plans in collaboration with other key roles
• Operational execution of digital strategies
• Setting KPIs
• Managing campaigns and analyzing results
• Organizing and monitoring project workflows within the team
• Acting as a liaison between teams and clients – ensuring effective two-way communication
• Taking responsibility for proposed solutions and strategies
• Negotiating and reporting on specifications, requirements, deadlines, and project status between clients and internal teams
• Coordinating the work of all teams; identifying, understanding, and representing their needs
• Optimizing workflows and tracking project progress
• Preparing post-campaign reports
• Creating case studies

We have a place for you if have the following:

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Advanced understanding of digital campaign development processes
• In-depth knowledge of the specifics of all online channels
• Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Highly developed ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Motivated to work in a dynamic team environment
