Our award-winning PR team helps establish and maintain relations with all the publics important for our clients’ business operations. As part of this team you will play a key role in shaping our clients’ reputation while using a full range of PR tools and collaborating with our internal teams.

If you become part of our team, your main focus will be:

• Designing and implementing communication strategies and plans
• Creating all necessary materials for clients (speech preparation, analysis, case studies, interviews, reactions, denials, and other written materials)
• Organizing press conferences and other important events for clients
• Daily media monitoring and communication with media representatives
• Strategic counseling and daily support for clients
• Leading client teams within the department and managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Crisis management

We have a place for you if have the following:

• 7+ years of experience in public relations (agency experience preferred)
• Experience in independently managing clients from various industries
• Experience in daily client counseling, including crisis situations
• In-depth knowledge and monitoring of all key regulations and rules related to the client's industry
• Experience in team coordination and mentoring
• Experience in planning, developing, and implementing PR strategies and communication plans in agreement with the client
• Organization and efficiency
• Independence, but also a team-player mentality
• Excellent knowledge of the local media world 
• Knowledge of local social media and influencers
• Literacy and excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
