As a project manager in our team, you will independently be responsible for the end to end management of our clients’ mobile and web solutions. You will manage several projects at the same time so your people and coordination skills are very important. Your time will be split in two parts: internal delivery and client services. You will plan, define and coordinate our clients’ needs to our design, development and QA teams to ensure our projects delivery. Simultaneously as the single point of contact for our clients, you will grow a strong and trusted relationship with our clients to ensure we meet their goals.
When you join us, your main focus will be:
- Planning, organizing and leading the project delivery processes within our teams of designers, developers and QA engineers.
- Constantly being in touch with our clients, ensuring that we are providing efficient and effective solutions to meet their needs
- Coordinating between the development team and the client – ensuring efficient two-way communication
- Reaching agreements between the clients and the development team, providing feedback and reporting on specifications, requirements, deadlines and project status
- Coordinating the work of programming and designer teams; recognizing, understanding and advocating their needs
- Organizing work plans in cooperation with other key roles
- Optimizing work processes and monitoring the progress of the projects
- Timely identifying issues and proposing solutions
You belong with us if you have:
- 3+ years of work experience in project management of software products, i.e. web or mobile solutions
- Technical knowledge of web and mobile technologies
- Great capacity to handle different projects simultaneously
- Autonomous with good time and task management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Hunger to work on the latest technologies, build new products and still grow after that
- Positive, calm and teamwork-oriented energy
- Excellent communication skills, kind and respectful
- Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English
