As part of our production team, you will have the opportunity to work on cool and creative content creation projects with a focus on the ones for digital channels, while joining forces with internal teams and external collaborators.

If you become part of our team, your main focus will be:

• Participation in designing and developing creative ideas with a focus on their analysis and proposing production solutions
• Estimating costs based on a preliminary idea and a defined production scope
• Preparation of the production cost sheet and production plan of the project
• Communication with external production teams, suppliers and all external parties involved in the implementation of the project
• Organization and implementation of pre-production, production and post-production plan
• Development and monitoring of projects and the project team throughout the entire process
• Participation in the styling of photo sets for content for the social media
• Daily cooperation with internal teams

We have a place for you if have the following:

• 1+ years of agency work experience in production or in an agency that was related with production processes for content creation
• Understanding the digital marketing agency workflow
• Developed crisis management skills and ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• Ability to anticipate production problems before they occur
• Organizational skills and ability to independently organize work and manage projects
• Creativity and an eye for detail
• Developed critical thinking
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
